Clashing Connection

Aditi Jai has been a thorn in my side since day two of knowing him. With his maddeningly clever comebacks, brilliant ideas, and annoyingly impressive skills, he’s made my bid for Committee Member of the college's Annual Festival feel like a never-ending battle. But I'm not backing down without a fight. His lopsided grins and charming antics may work on others — but not on me. Or at least, that’s what I keep telling myself... especially as late-night planning sessions start to blur the lines between rivalry and something far more complicated. Jai I’ve been a goner since the day I sat behind her in class. I joined the college fest committee to gain experience — and maybe get closer to the girl I couldn’t stop thinking about. What I didn’t expect was to find myself in direct competition with her for the Committee Member spot. She’s fierce, smart, and completely captivating — and every time I think I’ve got the upper hand, she surprises me again. I’m head over heels, but I won’t let that stop me from giving this contest everything I’ve got. Even if it means losing my heart to her along the way.
